About the position
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a TPO VCM Logistics, IT Manager to support their Pharm TranSCend program. The role will be located in Titusville, NJ, with the potential to be located at another J&J facility within EMEA or LATAM for the right talent. This position is part of a global business transformation program aimed at modernizing foundational transactional processes and harmonizing them into a standardized ERP platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape and remediate end-of-life system exposure risks.
Responsibilities
- Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on strong knowledge of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management technical capabilities and Intercompany sales.
- Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data, aligned with business process needs.
- Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation and evolution through deployments.
- Engage with Business Partners to define user stories and prioritize backlog.
- Act as the 'voice of the customer' within the squad to ensure the squad builds the right thing.
- Lead in the overall translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
- Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
- Shape the squad vision & roadmap and steer the squad in delivering products & features oriented around business impact.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management.
- Experience in managing intercompany sales processes.
- Ability to engage with business partners and define user stories.
- Experience in backlog management and prioritization.
- Strong understanding of technical feasibility and business value.
- Experience in leading solution design and implementation.
- Ability to facilitate planning and execution of testing phases.
