About the position

The position involves leading and managing eCommerce projects specifically using SF Core Commerce B2B. The role requires extensive experience in web development and the ability to oversee the administration of the platform, ensuring high-quality code and effective project management. The candidate will be responsible for guiding developers, performing code reviews, and facilitating successful project execution through collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage eCommerce projects using SF Core Commerce B2B.
  • Oversee the administration of the eCommerce platform.
  • Perform code reviews and manage pull requests.
  • Verify task estimates and assign tasks to developers based on skill matches.
  • Provide direction and feedback to developers.
  • Document complex functionality in code and documentation.
  • Liaise with 2nd and 3rd party technical leadership for integrations.
  • Perform application builds and deployment to the appropriate platform environment.
  • Assist developers with sandbox and environment issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in web development.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in eCommerce projects with SF Core Commerce B2B.
  • Expertise in developing eCommerce and web applications.
  • Proficient in managing version control through Git.
  • Proficient in using Atlassian JIRA for ticket, sprint, and release management.
  • Proficient in using Atlassian Confluence for documentation management.
  • Proficient in merging JavaScript and relevant libraries.
  • Ability to follow, enforce, and help define development standards.
