About The Position

Answers moderately complex questions, following guidelines and using judgment based on experience with related incidents and service requests. Requests handled include support of hardware, software, client and COTS applications as well as network and user administration. Escalates complex problems to other resolver teams or vendors. Utilizes problem solving and analytical skills to effectively resolve challenging incidents. Supports L1 agents in ongoing day to day questions related to client incidents, requests and queries. This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government. MUST BE IN 30 MILES FROM THE SALT LAKE CITY UTAH OFFICE.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Generally, 1-2 years’ experience in area of responsibility
  • Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
  • Languages: English and local languages of the countries it supports.
  • Eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
