This role involves answering moderately complex questions, following guidelines and using judgment based on experience with related incidents and service requests. Requests handled include support of hardware, software, client and COTS applications as well as network and user administration. The position escalates complex problems to other resolver teams or vendors, utilizing problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively resolve challenging incidents. It also supports L1 agents in ongoing day-to-day questions related to client incidents, requests, and queries. This position requires the candidate to be within 30 miles of the Salt Lake City, Utah office. The role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology, and applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations.
