About the position
As a Senior Manager in Cybersecurity at EY, you will lead efforts in managing emergent cyber threats and vulnerabilities, conducting advanced digital forensics investigations, and orchestrating breach incident responses. This role is crucial for developing mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance while liaising with law enforcement when necessary. You will integrate an intelligence-led perspective across security domains, oversee the application of advanced intelligence frameworks, and transform complex data into actionable insights to help clients navigate cyber threats effectively.
Responsibilities
- Integrate an intelligence-led perspective across all domains of security.
- Conduct advanced digital forensics investigations and perform root cause analysis.
- Orchestrate breach incident responses and develop future mitigation strategies.
- Assemble compliance documentation and liaise with law enforcement as necessary.
- Build the team's brand in the market and create market opportunities.
- Establish client relationships and drive demand for services from the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest cyber threat trends and technologies.
- Participate in industry groups, conferences, and forums for professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in cyber threat intelligence or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with standards such as STIX/TAXII, ICD203 & ICD206, and DHS TLP.
- Strong understanding of Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs).
- Deep understanding of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
- Experience dealing with various threat actors including APT actors and cybercriminals.

- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal conversations and workshops.
- Exemplary writing skills for communicating complex technical information.
- Ability to translate high-level thoughts into digestible concepts and visuals.
- Familiarity with the latest events, threat actors, and security trends.
