The Tech Consulting - Cybersecurity - Threat & Vulnerability Management (Cyber Threat Intel) - Manager position at EY involves leading a dynamic Cybersecurity team to address emergent threats and enhance security measures. This role is crucial for safeguarding the organization's digital infrastructure and requires a proactive approach to continuous improvement and best practices in cybersecurity. The manager will oversee intelligence analysis, mentor team members, and represent EY in industry events.
Responsibilities
- Integrate an intelligence-led perspective across all domains of security.
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in conducting detailed intelligence analysis using industry frameworks and techniques.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, production, and dissemination of actionable cyber threat intelligence.
- Ensure collaboration with other security and business teams is productive and valuable.
- Deliver clear, concise, and actionable intelligence reports to technical and executive audiences.
- Mentor senior and junior analysts and foster a collaborative and trust-based culture.
- Stay abreast of the latest cyber threat trends and technologies.
- Represent EY and the team in high-visibility industry groups, conferences, and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in cyber threat intelligence or a related field, with some experience in professional services or similar fields.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
