Perform contract reviews following the Contract Intake Process, collect and analyze vendor performance data, assist with vendor onboarding ensuring alignment to business objectives. Monitor vendor compliance with organization policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor-related needs. Helps to ensure the mechanics of processes are monitored, identifies opportunities for improvements, and works with the Manager TBM to implement. Monitor and update IT/CE financial dashboards for reporting capital and operational expenses.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, vendor relationship management, or technology business management.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Clear understanding of IT/CE operations, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in ongoing implementation and maintenance of the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework to ensure alignment between IT/CE investments and enterprise goals.
  • Publishes reports and manages distribution as needed for IT/CE financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoice processing, and cost allocation, ensuring transparency and accountability for IT/CE spending.
  • Conducts contract reviews, contract routing, invoice processing, and assists with budget planning.
  • Provides inputs for reports and dashboards that provide actionable insight into IT/CE spend, resource utilization, and value delivery.
  • Collaborates with IT/CE department personnel to collect data that will define, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service-level objectives (SLOs).
  • Facilitates IT/CE -wide adoption of TBM practices by providing training and support to technology and business stakeholders.
  • Engages with vendors to resolve disputes and ensures timely delivery of services.
  • Maintains vendor performance tracking system (Scorecards).
  • Tracks IT/CE contracts, purchase orders, and software inventory and report monthly variances.
  • Analyzes shifting business services and data requirements.
  • Works alongside procurement/supply chain to assist with developing statements of work (SOW), Request for Information (RFI), Request for quotes (RFQ) and request for proposal (RFP).
  • Partners with cybersecurity, compliance, and legal teams to ensure IT/CE operations meet security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Conducts daily invoice validation, administration, and SLA monitoring
  • Maintains knowledge of and compliance with Orlando Health policies, procedures and company-sponsored annual programs such as compliance training, performance review and merit planning.
  • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of TBM frameworks, industry standards, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and confidentiality standards in all IT/CE-related operations.
