Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a smile and ensuring their needs are met in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with bussing and cleaning tables and chairs.
  • Manage cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Handle food inventory and supplies.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the food industry and culinary techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a quick service or fast food restaurant.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in a café, grocery store, or quick service fast food restaurant.
  • Proficiency with Aloha POS systems.
  • Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
