About the position

The Team Member position is responsible for various tasks related to food preparation and service, ensuring a clean and pleasant dining environment for customers. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling food orders, and maintaining kitchen operations while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers
• Place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
• Relay customer food and beverage orders from service counter to kitchen operations
• Cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment
• Stock kitchen and customer service operations with necessary materials
• Fill food and beverage orders as part of coordinated operations
• Collect customer payments and return proper change
• Unload deliveries of food and beverage materials
• Clean the interior and exterior of the restaurant premises
• Observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
• Maintain safe public access to the restaurant
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
