About the position

Responsibilities
- Greet all guests entering the building and provide genuine hospitality.
- Manage payment processes for all guests ensuring accurate payments.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct them to the correct location.
- Maintain cleanliness of entrance, walkways, windows, doors, and takeout areas.
- Assist in seating guests, running food, bussing tables, and helping other departments as needed.
- Deliver high energy, engaging service to create a memorable guest experience.
- Anticipate guests' needs and accommodate special requests.
- Inform management of maintenance problems, safety concerns, and low supply inventory levels.
- Assist in the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
