About the position

Managing the Employee Relations function and providing front-line interface with Team Members and leaders in interpreting and ensuring consistent policy application, responding to questions or complaints, mediating conflicts, and coaching and counseling to improve relationships and performance. Responsibilities also include, completing investigations, resolving Employee Relations issues, and spending a large amount of time on the floor promoting Station Casino's, Focus on Family Company-wide culture.

Requirements

  • HR Generalist experience a plus.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
