As a Team Member at Applegreen USA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to travelers at our various travel plazas. Our mission is to refresh travelers on their journey, and you will be at the forefront of this effort. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our customers have a pleasant experience while visiting our locations. This includes engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, and processing accurate payment transactions. You will also be involved in food preparation and service, ensuring that all food handling procedures are followed meticulously. Your role will require you to maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation, stock supplies, and assist in various kitchen-related tasks. You will be expected to actively promote our products through cross-selling and up-selling techniques, while also maintaining a solid knowledge of the menu and services we offer. This position is part-time and requires flexibility in scheduling, including the possibility of working days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
