About the position
The Maintenance Team Member at Grounds Guys plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality lawn care and landscaping services. Responsibilities
- Perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and landscape installations.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying 35-80 pounds frequently.
- Ensure all tasks are completed and prepared for the next day’s operations.
- Maintain attendance to meet customer service goals and ensure job profitability by managing time effectively at each job site.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record is required.
- Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime and weekends.
- Ability to complete training within 6 months if no prior experience is available.
