About the position
The Team Member Front of House Night Shift position at Chick-fil-A Reisterstown is a part-time role focused on leading and mentoring the Front of House (FOH) team. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure excellence in FOH operations, including drive-thru service, while fostering a positive restaurant culture that emphasizes food safety, hospitality, and leadership development. The role involves working closely with the Leadership Team to maintain operational standards and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader, mentor, and ambassador for the FOH Team.
- Develop a restaurant culture that encourages food safety, product knowledge, leadership, and hospitality.
- Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and Leadership Team.
- Ensure stewardship systems are implemented throughout the restaurant.
- Develop leaders to operate as a motivated, high-performance team.
- Create and implement systems for innovation and excellence in FOH operations.
- Oversee speed of service, hospitality, and completion of goals within FOH.
- Coach Team Members/Leaders to follow Chick-fil-A standards and procedures.
- Assist in the hiring process, including resume screening and interviews.
- Create, maintain, and approve schedules and shift changes for FOH Team Members.
- Perform disciplinary actions for team members not meeting standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience as a leader within food service operations (preferred).
- Proven history of consistently performing at a high level.
- Strong project/time management skills.
