About the position

The Team Lead at Oregon Medical Centers is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring outstanding patient experiences, and achieving operational goals. This role involves communication with doctors and staff, implementing policies, and enhancing employee productivity through effective management and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the clinic and its departments.
• Develop effective patient flow to ensure outstanding patient experiences.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of operational plans for continuous improvement.
• Ensure goals are achieved based on KPI metrics related to chiropractic services.
• Conduct regular training and simulations to foster a positive team culture and excellent service delivery.
• Ensure all staff understand their roles and responsibilities in delivering the final product.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to patient satisfaction while managing overhead costs.
• Contribute to promotional planning for clinic services.
• Track data to support sales planning and follow-ups.
• Provide monthly statistics to the Office Manager and Senior Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years management experience (Required)
• Experience in a medical office (Preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and complete a variety of tasks.
• Flexibility to assist staff with changing tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for positive employee interaction.
• Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees.
• Attention to detail to ensure thorough task completion.
