We are searching for a talented Team Lead - Service Center. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and resolve issues for Southcoast patients and providers.
  • Directly supervise Service Center staff and ensure availability of necessary tools and resources to meet service requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve service barriers in collaboration with partner departments.
  • Involved in hiring decisions and assist in the training process for new advisors.
  • Monitor advisor progress post-training, ensuring understanding of expectations and providing ongoing coaching and support.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
  • Three to five (3-5) years of customer service experience required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of prior Team Lead or coaching experience required, including hiring staff and delivering corrective action.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency with technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems.
  • Effective collaborative and proven process improvement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, organize, and manage projects.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
