- Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and accreditation goals
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively
