About the position
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. This role involves assisting clients with their tax preparation needs, utilizing Intuit TurboTax products, and providing exceptional customer service in a virtual environment. The position allows for 100% remote work, enabling collaboration with a dedicated team from the comfort of your home or office.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
- Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
- Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.
- Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Ability to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Experience with commercial tax preparation software.
