About the position

EisnerAmper is seeking a Partner for its rapidly growing corporate tax team. This role involves overseeing tax compliance and advisory work, managing client relationships, and leading a team of professionals. Responsibilities

• Perform Director level compliance review and tax return signoff for Federal, Multi-National, Multi-State Corporate tax returns
• Manage and coordinate tax compliance and advisory work for clients
• Handle client consultations on planning opportunities and changes in tax law
• Work on proposals and assist in developing new business
• Meet prospective clients and develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Manage, train and develop staff and participate in the performance review process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
• 10+ years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
• CPA, EA or JD
• 5+ years of supervisory experience

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ASC 740 tax provisions
• Experience working with large corporate clients
• Master's Degree in Tax
• Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business
