About the position

The Talent Solutions Manager (Recruiter) at 24 Seven is responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for various roles in marketing, creative, and technology sectors. This hybrid position involves managing the full recruiting lifecycle, building relationships with hiring managers, and collaborating with business development partners to expand existing accounts. The role emphasizes proactive candidate engagement and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit a strong network of candidates through proactive and passive strategies such as social media, job postings, referrals, and traditional networking.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates, including engaging passive candidates, for in-demand roles across marketing, creative, and technology.
  • Build long-lasting successful relationships with hiring managers at industry-leading companies, agencies, and brands by consistently delivering top talent and unsurpassed customer service.
  • Collaborate with Business Development partners to strategically expand existing business within individual accounts.
  • Proactively market 24 Seven's best-in-class talent to existing client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in negotiating
  • Emotional and social intelligence to develop strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ambitious and dedicated team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
