About the position
The Talent Manager for Events and Experiences at Google is responsible for leading the recruitment processes for the Creative and Production team. This role focuses on creating unique and memorable experiences that embody the Google brand, while also advocating for a positive applicant experience. The position requires collaboration across various teams and departments, managing applicant assessments, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting processes for all applicant roles on the team.
- Maintain rosters of discipline-specific collaborators in partnership with discipline owners within the team.
- Perform administration and data entry using internal tools and Google products to ensure organization around all resourcing in events and experiences.
- Communicate professionally, with a high level of context as it relates to each individual at all times.
- Treat all candidates with dignity and respect while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Manage day-to-day needs for TVCs (e.g., access to internal tools, timesheet approvals, expenses).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in growth marketing.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Nice-to-haves
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 5 years of experience leading a team.

- Base salary range of $137,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
