Talent Acquisition Specialist

DuraServ CorpCoppell, TX
Onsite

About The Position

DuraServ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who operates as a hunter, professional, and treats every open role as critical. This is not a passive recruiting role. DuraServ operates across nine U.S. and Canadian regions, and the field team that drives revenue needs to be filled. Every open role impacts service delivery or revenue generation, and every day a position remains open costs the business. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from strategy and pipeline building to offer acceptance. You will proactively build pipelines, engage passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, and close top talent before competitors do. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a demanding environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals, understanding the profile, comp structure, and closing techniques.
  • Experience recruiting skilled trades, field service, or technical roles is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload with discipline and urgency.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Background in industrial services, field service, or construction-related industries.
  • Experience with campus or trade school recruiting programs.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, including job boards, industry networks, social platforms, and creative outreach channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-priority roles (commission-based Outside Sales Representatives, GC Sales Representatives, Residential Sales Representatives, and Commercial Door & Dock Technicians) before the requisition opens.
  • Source aggressively through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, trade schools, referral networks, campus events, and direct passive outreach.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in every candidate interaction, representing DuraServ as an employer of choice.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle using ADP Workforce Now, including job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing feedback loops, extending offers, and driving candidates to Day 1.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, setting expectations, managing timelines, providing market feedback, and pushing back when the process slows down.
  • Fill roles with urgency and precision, targeting under 40 days for priority positions.
  • Manage high-volume workloads across multiple open requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality, detail, or candidate experience.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
  • Stay agile as priorities shift, adjusting to leadership realignments, role scope changes, or urgent openings without losing momentum.
  • Support campus recruiting events and job fairs as scheduled, representing TA with energy and professionalism.
