DuraServ operates across nine U.S. and Canadian regions, and the field team that drives revenue needs to be filled. Every open role impacts service delivery or revenue generation, and every day a position remains open costs the business. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from strategy and pipeline building to offer acceptance. You will proactively build pipelines, engage passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, and close top talent before competitors do. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a demanding environment.
