About The Position
We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring needs for our distribution/warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and has a proven track record of recruiting hourly talent. Please note this is an on-site role.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume hourly recruiting (warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred).
- Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing onsite recruiting or working closely with operations teams is highly preferred.
- Flexible schedule to support hiring events or off-shift recruiting needs as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly warehouse positions (e.g., material handlers, pickers/packers, forklift operators).
- Partner closely with onsite operations leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Coordinate and conduct onsite hiring events, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, orientations, and background/drug screening coordination.
- Monitor hiring metrics and adjust recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and employment laws.
