About the position

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process at Ace Precision, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. This role involves building relationships with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and ensuring a diverse talent pool while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand requisitions and find suitable talent.
  • Identify opportunities to build an applicant pipeline for a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Source passive talent and engage candidates in the recruiting process.
  • Track sourced candidates in the applicant tracking system for affirmative action reporting.
  • Review active applicants and update their status throughout the recruiting process.
  • Educate candidates about Ace Precision's culture and opportunities during interviews and community engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on continuous improvement efforts and share solutions to recruiting challenges.
  • Report requisition progress weekly to HR business partners and hiring managers.
  • Conduct background checks and pre-employment drug screens for selected applicants.
  • Enter new hires into HRIS and prepare all pre-hire/new hire paperwork.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding for all new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) required, preferably in Human Resources or Business.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience in a manufacturing-based role.
  • Experience sourcing and leveraging LinkedIn and other recruiting tools to engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven initiative.
  • Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, as well as Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with a continuous improvement focus.
