About the position

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Ace Precision Machining Corp. is responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. This role involves building relationships with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and ensuring a diverse talent pool while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand requisitions and find suitable talent.
  • Identify opportunities to build an applicant pipeline for ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Source passive talent and engage candidates in the recruiting process.
  • Track sourced candidates in the applicant tracking system for reporting and process tracking.
  • Review active applicants and update their status throughout the recruiting process.
  • Promote the employer brand by educating candidates about the company culture during interviews and community engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on continuous improvement efforts in recruiting and onboarding.
  • Report requisition progress weekly to HR business partners and hiring managers.
  • Conduct background checks and pre-employment drug screens for selected applicants.
  • Enter new hires into HRIS and prepare all necessary paperwork for new employees.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Human Resources or Business.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Competitive salary range of $56.5K - $71.5K per year.
