This role involves building strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to support workforce planning and hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Lead will develop a deep understanding of the client’s culture, values, and roles to effectively communicate their story and opportunities to prospective candidates. This position requires managing 3-6 unique concurrent open requisitions across various departments, including field, Project Management, Estimating/Preconstruction, and corporate functions like Accounting/Finance and HR. The role demands adapting priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintaining consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders, tracking recruiting metrics, and managing candidate data within an applicant tracking system are key aspects of this position.
