About the position

The Talent Acquisition Internship at JR Automation offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within the automation industry. The intern will support the HR team in various recruitment efforts, contributing to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies tailored to the automation industry.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in career fairs, community events, and HR facilitated programs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Interest in the automation industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
