Responsibilities

• Fulfill the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding for various site locations.
• Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
• Maintain the company's social media presence to attract future talent.
• Manage internal and external job advertisements for open positions.
• Stay current on the company's organizational structure and employment practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 4-8 years of recruiting experience with full cycle recruiting
• Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• High degree of professionalism and commitment to service
• Willingness to travel as necessary throughout the company's geographical footprint.
