  • Maintain the company's social media presence to attract future talent.
  • Manage internal and external job advertisements for open positions.
  • Stay current on the company's organizational structure and employment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 4-8 years of recruiting experience with full cycle recruiting
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • High degree of professionalism and commitment to service
  • Willingness to travel as necessary throughout the company's geographical footprint.
