About the position

The position involves providing friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to all guests and team members. The individual will be responsible for guiding and supervising staff in the department, supporting operational goals, and monitoring performance and profit objectives. The role requires adherence to scheduling and coordination with management regarding any scheduling concerns, with a focus on guest satisfaction. The individual will also support compliance with departmental budgets and ensure that guest service standards are followed by all team members. Additionally, the position involves ensuring efficient operations of table games protection during assigned shifts, monitoring chips and cash transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Confidentiality in all departmental and company matters is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to all guests and team members.
  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
  • Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives.
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager any scheduling concerns.
  • Support compliance to departmental budgets.
  • Promote and demonstrate superior guest service in accordance with department and company standards.
  • Ensure guest service standards are followed by all team members.
  • Ensure efficient operations of table games protection during assigned shift.
  • Monitor chips and cash transactions between dealers and guests.
  • Account for chips on assigned games, including making fills and credits as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and report potential issues to management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Six months to one year experience in Table Games or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
  • Excellent skills in both written and oral communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.
  • Ability to earn and maintain Tips certification.
