About the position
The Table Games Floor Supervisor at Delaware North Gaming is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Orange City Poker Room, ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Make table decisions as necessary based on rules
- Protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games players
- Handle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experience
- Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
