Responsibilities

  • Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience.
  • Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
  • Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
  • Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
  • Become skilled in using digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding.
  • Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new skills.
  • Seek out information between customer interactions to learn about innovations in wireless technology.
  • Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues to create a seamless environment.
  • Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Full-time employees must have open availability with no schedule restrictions
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • No prior work experience necessary
