About the position
The T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate position at Arch Telecom is a customer-focused role aimed at providing exceptional service and building customer loyalty in a high-volume flagship store. Associates will engage with customers, utilize digital tools for enhanced interactions, and collaborate with team members to meet sales goals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Learn and build proficiency in customer service and sales techniques.
- Provide a best-in-class customer experience and build customer loyalty.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills.
- Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels.
- Engage with fellow team members and the T-Mobile brand through social media and events.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours).
