About The Position

The T-Car Operator is responsible for ensuring a high-quality product is produced by the machine. This includes conducting quality checks to verify that boxes meet required dimensions and have no material defects. The operator will also be responsible for problem-solving machine issues and will be trained to operate the Corrugator machine to provide coverage when needed.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the corrugated industry.
• Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Willing to work any shift including overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Can interpret all areas of the specification sheet and print card.
• Good attendance record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and possess problem solving skills.
• Ability to sit, stoop, and bend.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred.
