Systems Specialist
About The Position
We are seeking a hybrid Scrum Master / Program Execution Specialist to drive the delivery and daily operations of our Dropship and Order Management System (OMS) programs. This role goes beyond standard ceremonies; you will be embedded directly with several cross functional teams to manage the backlogs, workflow management, program schedules, operational unblocking, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement. Working closely with IT and Business leadership, you will facilitate the execution of dropship strategies, unblock technical and operational hurdles within our SaaS platforms for order management, small parcel shipping and dropship, and ensure smooth EDI integrations with our external vendor partners.
Requirements
- Hybrid Scrum Master / Program Execution Specialist role.
- Experience managing backlogs, workflow management, program schedules, operational unblocking, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with IT and Business leadership.
- Experience facilitating the execution of dropship strategies.
- Experience unblocking technical and operational hurdles within SaaS platforms for order management, small parcel shipping and dropship.
- Experience ensuring smooth EDI integrations with external vendor partners.
