Responsible for operational and engineering activities that monitor and support the service delivery of nationwide WIFI and 5G networks while applying a customer-centric approach to troubleshooting and resolving service-impacting issues in a high-performance environment. The Engineer will collaborate with internal and external organizations including Wireless Ops, NOC, Net Ops, Field Ops, Engineering, Product management, and 3rd parties to deliver a best-in-class Wireless Network experience for our customers. As a Systems Engineer in Technology Operations, your work will be responsible for operational and engineering activities that maintain and enhance the customer experience by harnessing cutting-edge technologies that power our network.
