The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing project support to the Arkansas Foodbank's Information Technology activities which include but are not limited to Arkansas technical support; troubleshooting and resolving end-user support issues; software, hardware and peripherals and network optimization and maintenance; tracking IT inventory and end-user assignment; maintain and continuous implementation of Enterprise Service Management platform; configuring, deploying, and supporting desktop, laptop, telephone, and peripheral devices; works with Senior Systems Administrator to plan and implement large scale projects; escalates issues to Senior Systems Administrator in a timely fashion. Arkansas Foodbank team members will demonstrate a commitment to our mission and to the fight against hunger in Arkansas. They must have a clear understanding of and ability to articulate the mission and vision of Arkansas Foodbank and a desire to work with diverse populations.
