Responsibilities
- Process system access requests accurately and efficiently within a 24-hour period.
- Provide technical support through calls and emails.
- Collaborate with the Training Officer and Lead Technicians to gain necessary skills and knowledge.
- Attend meetings or events and assist with special projects as directed.
- Achieve certification that supports 8570 compliance and become an elevated access participant.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 1-5 years of customer service experience is required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Security+ or A+ Certification.
