System Support Analyst is responsible for programming of all proprietary forms adopted by AXA XL Insurance in all supported policy issuance software; Programming of all new ISO & NCCI coverage forms and endorsements adopted by AXA XL Insurance to maintain compliance; Responsible for the synchronization of WINS, the supported policy issuance systems to validate form availability and data integrity; Lead for the implementation of new lines of business, coverages, and business units on all facets of forms production support; Liaison between Regulatory, AXA XL Business Owners and individual rating vendors to ensure AXA XL rates for the five filed lines of business reflect AXA XL's filed compliant rates: Commercial Property, Package, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation and General Liability; Responsible for the successful implementation and communication of monthly rate releases, validation of the filings in the rate system, and 52 jurisdiction regression testing.; Oversight of individual rating system updates. Responsible for providing regulatory information to policy administration system vendors at the direction of Regulatory. Manage requests to vendor to ensure timely delivery. Test updates received from vendor to ensure accuracy and compliance with AXA XL's regulatory filings. Supports help desk tickets raised by the UW users.
