Responsibilities

  • Perform workflow analysis and design with input and guidance from key operational leadership.
  • Facilitate workflow adoption on new processes.
  • Participate in system testing events by executing scripts and documenting errors or deficiencies.
  • Provide support to department/end users during system upgrade and optimization activities.
  • Execute assigned tasks under the supervision of senior team members/management within specified time frames.
  • Utilize system knowledge and available resources to address routine issues.
  • Actively participate in departmental and customer team meetings, providing input and support activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date application knowledge for assigned applications/process areas.
  • Participate in testing of downtime processes and support activities.
  • Contribute to the development of training content for users and support formal training classes.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years experience with large hospital applications/systems preferred
  • Epic Radiant Certification and Build Experience
  • Experience with Radiology and PACS a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
