About the position

The SVP, Brand Strategist role at Omnicom Health Group is designed for a strategic leader with a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing and strategy consulting. This position requires a blend of strategic insight and charisma to lead teams and drive brand strategies across multiple agency brands. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and collaboration, fostering an environment that encourages innovative thinking and strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy across agency brands by deriving a deep understanding of the market, customer, competition, and brand, then helping translate this into a unique and motivating narrative.
  • Foster a collaborative environment around insights, strategic points of view, and brand ideas.
  • Challenge and inspire the team to elevate ideas and generate market-changing strategies.
  • Be a charismatic driver of strategic discussions and inspire team members to think more strategically, creatively, and omnichannel.
  • Manage the design and execution of interactive workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Drive innovation for development of new strategic tools to optimize the function of the strategy team.

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or strategy consulting in pharmaceuticals/healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills and exceptional PowerPoint storytelling capabilities.
