About the position

The SVP, Analytics Solutions role is designed to set the strategic direction for the analytics team, focusing on integrating analytics with growth initiatives across various channels. This remote-friendly position requires a leader with extensive analytics experience in marketing, advertising, and customer experience, who will collaborate with the analytics leadership team to drive growth initiatives and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with growth and capability leaders to support crafting solutions for large and complex deals involving multiple capability areas.
  • Work with leadership team to refine and execute go-to-market strategy for analytics & insights business.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders and be a consultative business partner to drive strategic data and analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate with growth organization to proactively identify analytics engagement opportunities across existing clients and new prospects.
  • Participate in business development efforts supporting RFP responses, collaborating across practice areas to develop integrated solutions and leading pitches.
  • Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions that position our clients at the forefront of their industries through pitches and client interactions.
  • Collaborate and provide input to dentsu product team around enhancements and new functionality.
  • Continuously assess emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Develop and set go-to-market strategies for analytics and AI products and services, ensuring successful market penetration and adoption.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to position and promote analytics and insights offerings internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners (Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Snowflake), ensuring effective collaboration to co-develop new solutions.
  • Create provocative and industry-leading thought-leadership that elevates the organization among industry peers and strengthens value proposition as a strategic transformation partner to clients.

Requirements

  • B.S. or MBA, preferably in Marketing or Quantitative Field
  • 10 years in quantitative business environment within agency environment, ad technology vendors, or analytics firms
  • Experience with statistical concepts, machine learning and familiarity with AI / Gen AI
  • Expertise across one or more of the following areas: Customer Analytics, Advanced Measurement, ML Driven Personalization, Market Research, Media Analytics, Reporting & BI
  • Understanding of campaign management/ad serving technology and optimization of digital media campaigns within platforms
  • Working knowledge of DSPs, third party audience data and CDP platforms
  • Experience with rich media and data driven creative, including DCO platforms
  • Ability to present complex content simply to senior clients or internal stakeholders
  • Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum.
