About the position

The Corporate Sustainability Internship at JR Automation offers an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in sustainability initiatives within the automation industry. The intern will assist in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, conduct research on trends and regulations, and support the preparation of reports and presentations. This role is designed for individuals passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship, providing a platform to contribute to meaningful projects while working alongside a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct research on sustainability trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation of sustainability reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and track sustainability metrics.
• Help organize and participate in sustainability-related events and activities.
• Assist in the communication of sustainability efforts both internally and externally.
• Provide administrative support to the Corporate Sustainability team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
