As a Surveillance Operator, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where mathematical precision is key. Your daily tasks will involve operating advanced closed-circuit television (CCTV) technology to monitor casino activities, review and archive audio and video evidence, and ensure the surveillance system is functioning optimally. In this role, you will proactively monitor all areas of the casino, observing table games and verifying payouts against established odds. You will also be responsible for documenting incidents involving employees and guests, identifying trends and abnormalities through data analysis, and investigating any anomalies that arise. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately, making it essential for maintaining the casino's operational standards. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, with strong basic math skills and the ability to retain information efficiently.
