About The Position
The Surgical Services Assistant is a full-time position working 36 hours weekly on a dayshift (8:30 AM - 9 PM). This role requires good organizational skills, the ability to multitask with frequent interruptions, flexible working hours, and a positive attitude with good communication skills. The assistant must be able to function in a fast-paced environment as part of the patient care team, assisting with patient care and demonstrating organizational skills and proper corridor maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Past employment in the operating room preferred.
- BCLS required (due within 90 days).
Responsibilities
- Assist with Patient care by providing assistance to patient care team.
- Demonstrate organizational skills.
- Maintain proper corridor maintenance.
