About the position

The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring efficiency in the procurement process. This role involves engaging with factory teams, managing supplier relationships, and driving capacity analysis to support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with order fulfillment and factory team members to ensure tire and wheel availability.
• Lead supplier relationships and drive capacity analysis conversations.
• Ensure delivery accountability and execute cost reduction strategies.
• Drive no brand preference allocation based on supplier capacity and strategy.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Sharepoint, and Power BI.
• Background in Supply Chain management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
