About the position
The Supply Chain Service Representative role at Minth North America involves providing customer service support by managing and verifying order information, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating production plans to meet customer demand. This position is integral to the supply chain operations within a fast-growing global automotive company.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying order information in a timely manner.
- Initiate and implement corrective actions to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare customer service summary reports.
- Coordinate the handling of difficult or unusual situations.
- Develop the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while minimizing inventory.
- Load EDI releases from customers and run PRP.
- Schedule production plans to the floor.
- Answer customer system tickets and emails promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries of customer products.
- Review daily releases and update excel PRP.
- Check customer releases daily to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Forecast sales and inform production of monthly trends.
- Prepare presentations for customers regarding coverage plans for shortages.
- Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and discrete manufacturing processes.
