About the position

The Supply Chain Planning Manager - Process Optimization at Pactiv Evergreen is a leadership role focused on enhancing customer service practices within the supply chain. This position involves managing customer order processes, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with various teams to implement best practices and systematic processes. The role also includes training and supporting customer service leadership, ensuring efficient order processing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish best practices for customer service and serve as a central support point for process issues.
  • Develop and own KPIs to improve the flow of orders from intake to shipment.
  • Create standard and efficient reporting processes for customer reporting.
  • Support the development of a standard operating model for roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop training documentation for standard work elements in the Supply Chain Planning module.
  • Support the development of order policies.
  • Create standard processes for efficient order processing in SAP.
  • Collaborate with other optimization managers to improve supply chain functions.
  • Work with systems and digital teams to implement systematic best processes for customer service.
  • Interview and train new customer service leadership.
  • Deploy continuous improvement tools to enhance current practices.
  • Project manage strategic initiatives to transform the order fulfillment process.
  • Support the Business Continuity Planning Process.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain planning, logistics, operations, finance, project management, or continuous improvement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels across the organization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions.
  • Strong project management, planning, organization, and cross-functional skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, and Tableau.
