About the position

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst I at CEVA Logistics is responsible for managing complex reporting requirements, analyzing operational data, and providing innovative logistics solutions to enhance supply chain services. This role involves ensuring data integrity, developing metrics, and assisting with customer requests while complying with relevant regulations. The position is designed for individuals who are analytical problem solvers passionate about logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance, and invoicing.
• Perform calculations, analyze, and audit financial and operational results related to supply chain principles.
• Review operational or transportation details to identify areas for improvement and provide innovative solutions.
• Oversee data integrity through audits, queries, and operational reviews; resolve discrepancies.
• Develop metrics and goals for programs and present information to customers or leaders.
• Review operational claims and perform root cause analysis to determine responsible parties.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations in processes and operations.
• Assist with complex customer requests by applying transportation principles and drafting responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Operations, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically at least two years of experience in a related field; Energy Solutions experience preferred.
• Ability to develop complex analytics, reports, and communications related to transportation and logistics.
• Utilization of systems and databases for transportation and logistics management.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and communicate complex transportation information.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
