About the position
The Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in the Supply Chain at Monogram Health, focusing on stock inventory management and various administrative tasks. This position involves processing, packaging, shipping, receiving, data entry, and organization, all while maintaining a professional relationship with colleagues and third-party vendors. The role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain activities and positively impacting the lives of members through effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and annotating inbound and outbound shipments
- Entering critical data into Excel and Salesforce as required
- Operating standard office equipment on a regular basis
- Managing all aspects of picking, packing, and shipping in appropriate containers to colleagues and members
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and restocking as needed
- Receiving inbound and outbound deliveries; sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of inventory
- Providing support and troubleshooting to the Care Management team
- Communicating with a positive attitude, building rapport with colleagues and Third-Party Vendors
- Performing other duties as assigned from the Supply Chain & Inventory Manager
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Proven ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
- Fluency in a second language is a significant plus
- Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the Logistics and Supply Chain process is beneficial
- Application savvy, extremely comfortable with using a printer, copier, scanner, as well as Excel, Word, and Outlook
