Supplier Quality department offers you the opportunity to drive process improvements in efficiency and enhanced visibility to quality concerns coming from suppliers. We are seeking an IT-savvy BI Developer with 2–3 years of experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. This role supports business teams by transforming data into actionable insights through clear, well-designed visualizations and reliable data models. The ideal candidate is highly interested in the automotive/trucking industry (or has related experience), enjoys problem-solving, and can communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We Take Care of Our Team What You Drive at DTNA Design, build, test, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI (Power BI Desktop + Power BI Service) and Tableau (Tableau Desktop/Server). Work with Supplier Quality Engineers to understand reporting needs, define requirements, and translate them into clear KPIs for visual administration and communication with procurement and supply chain department Create and maintain datasets (Power BI) and data sources/extracts (Tableau) to ensure accuracy, performance, and consistent information Apply data visualization best practices (layout, readability, executive-friendly storytelling) and ensure dashboards are easy to interpret and use. Document report logic, data definitions, and refresh schedules; help establish and follow standards for consistency and reuse. Proper documentation of the logic and training for the users. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas) and strong PowerPoint capabilities to create clear, executive-ready presentations. Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 2–3 years of experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or a related IT/data role. Hands-on experience developing dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. Working knowledge of data concepts: joins, data validation, and metrics/KPI definitions. Basic to intermediate SQL skills for extracting and validating data. Interest in the automotive/trucking industry (or related experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, or engineering analytics). Exceptional Candidates Might Have Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar) and basic data governance concepts). Documentation and continuous improvement mindset. Schedule Type: Hybrid (4 days per week in-office / 1 day remote).
